The other day I started to wonder if the reason why this flu, the H1N1, is attacking young supposedly healthy people, especially those in their teens, is because of their high hormone levels.  The Earths way of attempting to curb human reproduction.

"personal space" seems to be socially/culturally generated for "norms" -- in the USA we seem to have more PS than in some other countries where they tend to like less space between folks.   At the ATMs I've never seen anyone standing right up behind the person using the machine, usually there's at least a good 6 feet of space to whoever is waiting to use it.  I'd definitely ask that person to back the hell off "please".

Yeah, the media does make a huge deal out of anything that is "news" -- like having a couple of showers in So Cal and the tv is breaking into programs with their weather warnings...I wondered too about the number of teens getting swine flu, maybe you're on to something, Jim.
